About the Owner
Despite being a widow since 2010, Alicia Abrin Darden is a loving mother of 2 boys. She graduated in Sta. Rita School of Nursing and Midwifery in the Philippines. She worked in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, as well as in America. She spent most of her life in the health care field. In 2010, after the passing of her husband, she resumed her education to study aesthetics. She also opened a skin wellness and weight loss spa located at the same address as Alicia’s Kitchen.
She partners with a Philippine organization that provides relief for victims of calamities. As the director of Philippine Republic Celebration Day (PRDC), a portion of the proceeds of her businesses goes to PRDC’s disaster and building funds.
